Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a nationwide client to fill their Sales Engineer roles in their Southwest and Ohio Valley regions. The incumbent will sell complex engineered modernization opportunities within an assigned territory and collaborate with district sales teams to advance customer knowledge on solutions and products. Duties also include defining and executing sales territory plans and consulting/demonstrating product solutions while improving safety, productivity, and return on investment.
o Introduce engineered products to leading companies in territory
o Effective lead development to ensure a sustainable modernization business YOY
o Sales process excellence using CRM for sales management of territory
o Reporting updated market research on customer business outlook in the assigned
territory by proactive territory development
o Provides appropriate specification support for new products with a working
knowledge of products
o Manages all commercial issues before and after the sale-Terms and conditions.
o Forecast orders/sales monthly to coincide with standard Rush reporting timelines.
o Preparation of capital based professional proposals (including ROI justifications)
o Provide technical presentations of our advance products in all four design elements.

A minimum of five years’ experience in heavy duty material handling or technologically advanced capital
equipment sales, products. Must have the aptitude to learn at fast pace. Experienced in technical sales,
high level relationship building, capital buying processes, and the customization/upgrading of heavy duty manufacturing equipment. Highly developed communication, sales organization and estimating
evaluation skills. Working knowledge of estimating and design software. Must be proficient in MS Office
products. Travel 60%
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology or Electrical Engineering preferred.
