Lead Project Electrical Engineer
A leading/record breaking company in Dayton has an direct hire opening for their Lead Electro-Mechanical Engineer. They are looking for someone that is heavier on the Electrical Engineering side.
Initially this person would not lead others, but depending on demonstrated abilities could take on supervision on their test lab or others as added to meet product development needs in the control area.
This person will also be the specification/product requirements creator for the product electronic controls, where you will jointly plan and develop said controls or control revisions with their external design/manufacturers for the application; separately plan and perform product verification testing to the specifications; separately plan and perform validation activities to make sure the controls meet customer needs; create and release internal documentation; implement into production; follow up with any start up or initial field problems; train other functions in the organization on the control or control changes developed.
- 2 or 4 year degree, Electrical Engineering (preferred)
- Project Management experience
- Experience with Requirements Creation for New Products
