Russ Hadick & Associates is looking for a Senior Account Executive. Your job duties will include selling candidates on new careers and marketing for new clients (Cold Calling), networking with candidates, negotiation skills, coaching, organization, prioritizing, and hard work. This is a rewarding job in that you help people better their careers
Stability in your past jobs (no job hoppers). Previous success in your past job such as Management, Director or VP level. We find the most successful Account Executives are in transition with their career, used to make 6 figures plus, and have a demonstrated work history of hard work and career growth. Also, if you don’t know how to get around in Microsoft Outlook and use basic computer tools, this job is not for you. Even though this is a phone job, if you can't use the technology to make you more efficient you will be wasting a lot of time and will not succeed. MUST have great organizational skills and must have great listening skills where you can "read" voice reflections, body language, as well as ask the tough questions.
